The site also preserves basic visit and campaign information such as the page you entered, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters when available.

Information is used to deliver requested guides, respond to questions, arrange consultations, provide relevant real estate follow-up, create or update a relationship record, improve the website, and understand which marketing sources lead to useful client conversations.

Email, phone, and text

When you submit a form, Christy may contact you about the resource or real estate request you initiated. You may ask to stop follow-up at any time by replying to the message, using an unsubscribe option when provided, or contacting Christy directly. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of receiving real estate services.

Property searches, saved searches, listing alerts, and home-value tools are provided by RealScout. Information entered directly into those tools is handled under RealScout's privacy policy and may be shared with Christy to provide the service you requested.

Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with Piatt Sotheby's International Realty and service providers that support the website, lead follow-up, guide delivery, analytics, or requested real estate services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and site security.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, brokerage recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal and brokerage retention requirements.
